What We Collect

When you submit a quote request through ShieldPathOS, we collect the following information:

Phone number (required for lead routing)
Email address, if voluntarily provided on the form
State of residence
Coverage type(s) selected (e.g., Medicare Advantage, ACA, Life Insurance, IUL)
Any additional context or message you choose to include
IP address of the device submitting the request
Timestamp of form submission
URL of the page from which the form was submitted
TCPA consent disclosure text that was displayed at the time of submission
UTM parameters (source, medium, campaign) if present in the referring URL

We do not collect credit card numbers, Social Security numbers, or health information through this form.

How We Use It

Information collected through ShieldPathOS is used for the following purposes:

Lead qualification and scoring: We evaluate urgency and fit based on coverage type, state, and other signals to assign a lead score (1–10).
Lead routing: Your request is routed to a licensed insurance agent or agency subscribed to handle your coverage type and state. Routing is tier-based (Starter, Growth, Enterprise).
Platform analytics: We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use our platform, measure form submission rates, and identify ways to improve the service. These analytics do not include third-party advertising or personal profiling.
Operational communications: We may use your contact information to follow up on a submitted request, respond to your inquiries, or send service-related notices. We do not use this information for marketing communications without your separate consent.

Who We Share It With

We share your information only with the following parties:

Licensed insurance agencies: Your request is routed exclusively to agencies and agents who hold an active license in your state and have subscribed to receive leads for the coverage type you selected. These agencies are independent third parties; ShieldPathOS does not control their use of your information.
Google Analytics 4: We transmit session and event data to GA4 for platform analytics purposes. This data is processed under Google's privacy policy and is not used for third-party advertising or remarketing.
Service providers: We may use third-party vendors for email delivery, data hosting, and platform operations, each bound by appropriate confidentiality obligations.

ShieldPathOS does not sell, rent, or otherwise share your information with data brokers, ad networks, or any other third parties for advertising or profiling purposes.

Data Retention

Lead records are retained as long as the lead is active in our system or as required to fulfill our service obligations to the receiving agency. Data may be retained longer where required by law or to resolve disputes.

Upon account closure of the receiving agency, lead records associated with that agency are deleted within a commercially reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal retention obligations.

Consumer Rights / Deletion Requests

You have the right to request deletion of your personal information held by ShieldPathOS. To submit a deletion request:

Please include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line and include the email address or phone number associated with your submission.

We will respond to verified deletion requests within 30 days.

TCPA Consent

All lead intake forms on ShieldPathOS display the following TCPA disclosure at the time of submission:

"By submitting this request, I consent to being contacted by ShieldPathOS and its partner agencies regarding my insurance quote request, including by phone and/or text message, even if I am on a Do Not Call registry. I understand that submitting this form does not guarantee a quote or coverage and that I will be contacted by a licensed insurance agent."

Marketing communications are not pre-checked on any form. We do not enroll consumers in recurring marketing email without explicit, separate consent.

If you believe you have received unwanted contact after submitting a deletion request, please contact us immediately so we can investigate with the relevant agency.

Children's Privacy

ShieldPathOS is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a submission was made by a minor, we will delete that record in accordance with our deletion procedures.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. Any material changes will be communicated by posting the updated policy on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
