Violations of acceptable use may result in account suspension or termination without refund.
ShieldPathOS acts solely as a lead routing platform. It:
ShieldPathOS is not an insurance company, insurance broker, appointed carrier, or Managing General Agent (MGA). ShieldPathOS does not negotiate, issue, or bind insurance coverage on behalf of any consumer or agency.
All insurance plan details, benefits, pricing, and eligibility determinations communicated to consumers are provided directly by the assigned licensed agent or agency, not by ShieldPathOS or Covenant Benefit Group.
ShieldPathOS does not guarantee that coverage will be available in any state, that a consumer will qualify for any particular plan, or that pricing shown anywhere on the platform is current or accurate.
Insurance plan details, including benefits, premiums, deductibles, copayments, and availability, are set by the insurance carrier and are subject to change at the carrier's discretion. Consumers must confirm all plan details directly with the assigned licensed insurance agent before making any coverage decision.
ShieldPathOS makes no representations about the quality, suitability, or accuracy of any insurance plan information displayed on the platform or communicated by any agent or agency.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
ShieldPathOS and Covenant Benefit Group shall not be liable for any actions, errors, omissions, or representations made by any insurance agent or agency receiving leads through the platform. Consumers submitting a quote request through ShieldPathOS are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. Providing false information may result in the associated lead being removed and may limit the consumer's ability to use the platform in the future.
Consumers acknowledge that connecting with an insurance agent through ShieldPathOS does not create a contractual relationship between the consumer and ShieldPathOS or Covenant Benefit Group for the provision of insurance or any other service.
Agencies and agents receiving leads through ShieldPathOS are solely responsible for ensuring they hold all required licenses, appointments, and regulatory approvals for the states and coverage types in which they receive leads.
Agencies agree to comply with all applicable federal and state laws, including TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) and any applicable state insurance marketing laws, in their outreach to consumers routed through the platform.
